“Social Workers are trained in social work, public health, and varying other social sciences, have the interpersonal skills companies clamor for, and they possess backgrounds in ethics and culture that dovetails with corporate interest in social responsibility”  (Bullinger, 2018).

As Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW's), we have the distinct advantage of not only being able to provide educational services, but to also cognitively process with employees. The National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics calls for us to serve, value the dignity and worth of the individual, and practice with the highest levels of integrity and competence. There is no other profession that is more fit to engage in these conversations.
